Your Tasks
Scrum Team Facilitation: Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
Sprint Execution: Support the Scrum team in achieving sprint goals by removing impediments and ensuring that sprint tasks are on track.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including user stories, sprint goals, and sprint burndown charts.
Metrics and Reporting: Gather and analyze Scrum metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the Scrum team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding of project progress.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Scrum processes and practices within the organization.
Scrum Training: Assist in training team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications for Junior Scrum Experts:
Scrum Knowledge: Understanding of Scrum framework, principles, and practices.
Communication: Strong communication skills to facilitate team discussions and interact with stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Organization: Skills in backlog management, sprint planning, and documentation.
Problem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills to address impediments and challenges.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Continuous Improvement: Desire to contribute to the continuous improvement of Scrum processes.
